RETURNS POLICY
We would love to hope that none of our customers would find any issues with our products and that you would want to return anything you’ve bought from us, but, we know that occasionally, problems out of our control may arise, so if you do find that you need to return an item, here’s some more information about our returns process.
Luna Lotions and Potions’ returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014: This states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order.
If you have any issues with non-delivery or damaged goods, please contact us asap for information on the dispatch and tracking information. If you continue to have any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will pursue your case on your behalf and advise you on your options. Please allow up to 30 days for standard deliveries.
Due to the nature of our soaps and cosmetics and under health and safety concerns, we can only accept returns on UNOPENED and UNUSED cosmetics, accessories and gift boxes. Goods that arrive with us must be in a salable condition and may be subject to a reduction in the refund value if not. If everything is as stated, we will offer you the choice of an exchange, credit note or refund to the value of the original purchase price of the goods in question.
Returns will be processed by us within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.
The refund will then be processed by WooCommerce in accordance with its refund policies.
